Surya Tahora is Director, Centre for Wisdom in Leadership (CWIL) and Professor at SPJIMR (SP Jain Institute of Management and Research), Mumbai, India. He is teaching Spirituality and Management to around six hundred MBA and Executive MBA students per year and conducting workshops for organizations in India, Europe and Asia. Surya Tahora is holding a Doctorate in Pharmaceutical and Biological Sciences for the Industry, Université Paris XI, France (1987). He also attended an Executive Education Programme, INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France (1993) He completed a PhD of Indian Philosophy and Sanskrit (equivalent), Arsha Vidya Institute of Vedanta & Sanskrit, Coimbatore, India (2013). He occupied various senior positions in Strategy & Management, International Sales & Marketing at L'OREAL (Paris) and AIR FRANCE (Asia-Pacific Headquarters, Bangkok) from 1990 to 2002.

His areas of competence and interest are Eastern Philosophy, Meditative Practices, Cognitive Neurosciences, Personal Growth and Ethics and their applications in the domain of Leadership Development. Surya Tahora’s commitment is to share insights, practices and frameworks to enhance the leaders’ personal and professional lives and to assist them to become more lucid, dynamic and responsible in an increasingly interconnected and complex world.
